Letting go helps us to to live in a more peaceful state of mind and helps restore our balance. It allows others to be responsible for themselves and for us to take our hands off situations that do not belong to us. This frees us from unnecessary stress.
I had one of those moments where I needed to leave the house even if it was 3 in the morning. Cindy and I decided to hit the gym to destress and make a spontaneous trip to IHOP for some breakfast and chat about life. Sometimes it is nice to unwind and vent to your friends over filling breakfast.
